FILIPA is a logistics and manufacturing company operating across the Czech Republic. The company is dedicated to integrating people with disabilities into jobs involving modern logistics processes, with the aim of creating positive added value for both employees and customers. FILIPA is one of the few Czech companies that actively uses a corporate ombudsman to support employees. It is also a founding member of the Association of Corporate Ombudsmen, which promotes dialogue about the importance of the role of ombudsmen in the Czech corporate environment. Through its charity division, PRO BONO, the FILIPA supports social projects in various regions. The company is the general partner of the Jičín Regional Charity, a key partner of the Olga Havlová Secondary School in Janské Lázně, and a supporter of Apropo, a non-profit organisation based in Jičín. In 2023, FILIPA was recognized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Hradec Králové Region as one of the top five companies with more than 250 employees.

ECOLOGY
The new state-of-the-art manufacturing and logistics complex, Filipa PARK HOŘICE, was designed with a strong focus on energy efficiency, achieving an “A” energy rating. Heating is powered by heat pumps, and the facility’s electricity is supplied by photovoltaic panels supported by advanced battery storage systems. The complex is an exemplary model of a modern and sustainable industrial zone.
