SUBSTITUTE PERFORMANCE
By using substitute performance, you not only easily meet your legal obligations but also contribute to creating meaningful jobs and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.
As well as directly employing individuals with disabilities, businesses have two other options for compliance. The first option is to pay 2.5 times the average monthly wage to the state budget for each unfulfilled position, covering the first to third quarters of the calendar year. The second, more advantageous option is substitute performance, which involves purchasing products or services from employers where more than 50% of their workforce consists of individuals with disabilities.
