Just in time

This inventory management strategy focuses on delivering materials and components exactly when they are needed for production, assembly, or sale. The goal of JIT is to minimize inventory levels throughout the production process and supply chain, reducing storage costs and improving production efficiency.

Just in sequence

This strategy is the most advanced form of the just-in-time method, delivering materials and components in the exact sequence they are needed for production. It is often applied in the automotive industry. We provide this service for Škoda Auto.

Your responsibility is to submit the appropriate compliance form to the Labour Office by the required deadline and retain the relevant documentation for five years.

Project called "FVE Filipa PARK HOŘICE s.r.o." with registration number CZ.31.3.0/0.0/0.0/22_001/0005154 is co-financed by the European Union.

The aim of the project is the installation of a photovoltaic power plant with a total output of 374 kWp including storage with a total capacity of 437 kWh within the upcoming industrial-logistics hall of Filipa PARK HOŘICE s.r.o. The use of renewable energy sources will optimise the provision of electricity for business activities.
