Ombudsman
We are one of the few Czech companies to actively provide an ombudsman for employees. This independent role provides a trusted point of contact, serving as a partner to employees and playing a key role in fostering a positive corporate culture. We are also a founding member of the Association of Corporate Ombudsmen, which aims to promote this valuable practice within the Czech corporate landscape.
