The ombudsman stands by our employees, listens to their needs, addresses their concerns, and ensures fair conditions are upheld. ŠTĚPÁNKA RESTAURANT

The modern restaurant on the 3rd floor of the outpatient building of the Dr. Pírka Clinic offers a beautiful view of the Štěpánka Forest Park and the Klenice stream, as well as a culinary experience. You will be taken care of by a staff composed of people with disabilities who will provide you with a unique and cordial service. Enjoy Czech and foreign dishes, including vegetarian specialties, and homemade desserts with delicious coffee at the end.

FILIPA’s charity division, PRO BONO, is dedicated to supporting regional social projects. The division identifies meaningful initiatives and brings together partners who share our vision of making a real difference where it counts. At PRO BONO, we create space together.

ASOCIACE KORPORÁTNÍCH OMBUDSMANŮ

Association of Corporate Ombudsmen, which brings together corporate ombudsmen to promote this practice among Czech companies. FILIPA is a founding member.
